A preparation course for the CCP certificate, a specialized certificate in Cost Engineering and provided by AACE (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering).
Project Control aspects including master schedule, baseline, revised & recovery plans, KPIs, earned value management, S-Curve, IPCs & VOs contorl, and the development of daily and monthly reports.
This course provides clarification for the earned value management showing the calculation of the EVM values, variances, and indices. An MS Excel example is included to illustrate the preparation of the S-Curve in addition to forecasting methodologies. The course is part of the Project Control Course.
